Position: Lead IT for Web Project Management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• At least 3 years experience in web development.
• At least 3 years experience in senior role or leadership for web development team and client service exposure.
• Positive thinker.
• Team player.
• Responsible.
• Good command of English.
• Like new challenges and can't sit still when it comes to Technology.

Skill Set in need:

• Hands-on experience in IT project management in context of web app development.
• Hands-on experience in IT project documentation.
• Hands-on experience in client service & collaboration between outsource and internal team. International exposure a PLUS.
• Hands-on knowledge at good level in SA (system analyst).
• Hands-on knowledge at good level in IT troubleshooting, especially for web app development.
• Good knowledge in PHP, ASP.NET .
• Good knowledge in SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, etc.
• Good knowledge in web app functions & logic flow for common web app modules such as CMS (Content Management System), Member module, Registration module, eCommerce, Point collection, Catalog, etc.
• Good knowledge in web security standards such as OWASP.
• Good knowledge in MVC Framework such as CakePHP.
• Good knowledge in W3C standards for cross-browser coding.
• Good knowledge in front-end coding such as Bootstrap, jQuery, CSS, HTML5, Responsive Web Design (RWD) a PLUS.
• Good knowledge in Search engine optimization development.
• Development knowledge for mobile application: iPhone & Android Apps would be a PLUS.
• IT certification a PLUS.
