Pronto is expanding our service hours to support US based clients. We're in the early stages of building this team and figuring out how to make it work.
We know a full-time graveyard shift sucks and isn't a realistic long term job to fill. BUT, we want to try our best to do this in Bangkok before we consider outsourcing. We're open to creative ways to approach this.
It would be great for us to be able to support clients from around 7pm-4am BKK time. Maybe we split this up, maybe some early birds start in the morning, maybe people only work 3-4 days a week on a rotation. We don't know the best way to solve this yet - but we will!
