We are seeking visionary and passionate Senior Level Architectural/Interior Designers to design, develop coordinate, organize, and lead project teams for brand driven projects.

Job Description 

• To create concept, schematic designs and designs development ultimately leading project design teams  

• Management of client relationships, budgets, and the production team throughout all phases of the project, whether large or small.  Depending on the project size/scope, may manage a team or work independently producing and managing the project.   

Responsibilities 

• Presenting concept work internally and to external clients 

• Liaising with outside design support contracted on projects 

• Establishing direction for materials and finishes on projects 

• Serve as primary point of contact between client and the design team 

• Project scheduling 

• Managing internal design budget 

• Correspondences, documentation and records 

• Overseeing and advising designers and drafting staff 

• Construction drawing checking 

• Coordinating with contractors 

• Making site visits, trouble shooting 

• Some international travel within Asia 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor or higher degree in Architecture or Interior design. 

• 5-10 years experience. Department store / retail environment design experience is a plus 

• Self-motivated, detail orientated and client focused, ability to work in a team office environment with strong leadership is essential. 

• Ability to prioritize tasks, met deadlines and work collaboratively on multiple projects at once 

• Good verbal communication and presentation skills in English is required 

• In addition to technical excellence, candidate to have work examples that demonstrate strong design sensibility.
