• Understanding the community’s liking, trend and property of online content
• Creating and planning production plan for online and entertainment programs for brands
• Supervising and organizing the production: selecting talents, preparing properties, designing scenes, shooting, and making video
• Managing junior staffs and reporting to manager of department
