Handling correspondence for directors / Being an on-site event coordinator (could be out of office hours) / Arranging appointments, travel, flight, accommodation for team / Preparing presentation for meeting / Being the middle person between director and studio members / Chasing actions and following progress in support the team / assisting in other work-related matters if appropriate

DESIGNER+SUPERVISOR (1 POSITION)

Degree in Architecture, Interior, or any related fields / 0-3 years of experience / AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Office, Rhino or 3ds Max / Knowledge in floristry is a plus / Problem-solving and can-do attitude / Versatility / Team player

Preparing design packages / Handling management of projects / Overseeing production team at studio and on-site / Coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and related professionals

Working hours : Tue-Sat 9.00-18.00 (working out of hours are also required)
