Scope of Work:

• Main creative force behind films (online clips) and is responsible for making many of the creative decisions.
• Essentially, a director is the head of the production unit a crutial link between the production, technical and creative teams.
• Responsible for translating the script into cinematic images.
• It’s an incredibly demanding job and one that requires creative vision, strong leadership and the ability to be a consummate storyteller, To visualize and define the style and structure of the film and then bring this vision to reality, include casting, editing scripts and composing, selecting and editing shots. Directors must also be aware of the constraints of budget and schedule. Ultimately, directors are responsible for the artistic and commercial success or failure of a film or television show.
• A side from possessing creative vision, directors must also understand the entire film making process, which includes technical know-how. Attention to detail, the ability to remain calm and rational under pressure and be a strong leader as well as a team player are key skills for this job.

CAMERA SKILL

• Must know how different lighting will alter the mood of scene or overshadow an actor. An understanding of the effects of color, lighting angles and perspective depth are as important to a cameraman as the camera equipment itself.
• Film editors must work well with teams, despite often working alone in dark rooms, looking over film footage. They need good eyesight and creative sensibilities to do well in the profession. Their work hours can be irregular, inconsistent and driven by the needs of the projects on which they work.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Thai Nationality 
• Good creative skills and art direction.
• Useful majors for aspiring film procedures include theater management, film studies, cinematography, communicators or broadcast journalism.
• Online experience at least 3-5 years
• Good editing skill and can edit exciting and clever videos
• Ability to work throughout the entire process: directing, shooting and editing
• Deep knowledge of video games, movies, TV, VDO clip and comics
• Experience with Media Composer and the full Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere and After Effects a must)
• Experience creating a 1 Million view video on YouTube a major plus
