Summary :

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team to oversee the Graphic Design department.

The Manager – Art & Graphics will be responsible for designing a range of print projects, logos and corporate identity material, various marketing tools, hospitality collateral, and multimedia presentations. Also involved will be preparing design templates, final artwork preparation, document deliverables, as well as working with website and video.

As a part of our innovative team, you will work in a multicultural environment on worldwide projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the design team and define the strategy and direction of art and design
Design logos, corporate identity guidelines and marketing collateral for both GOCO Hospitality and Clients
Create print material, design templates, multimedia presentations and visual presentation materials
Deliver final artwork preparation
Assist in design and delivery of press releases, electronic mailers and other corporate marketing material
Develop signage, point-of-sales items and conference booth design
Lead the process to deliver collateral in finished and printed format by dealing with external suppliers
Develop photography, videography, photo & video post-production
Work with website coding
Understanding of mobile application development

Core Competencies:

Software Competencies

Excellent in Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Powerpoint
Capable of working with website development applications such as Dreamweaver
Experience with video and audio software including Premier, After Effect or other editing software
Ability to use 3D Studio Max, Sketch Up, Cinema 4D or other 3D modeling software

Technical Competencies

Understand the process of corporate Identity development
Strong graphic sensibility and layout ability
Strong in perception of color, typography, photography and composition
Solid knowledge about press process, and color control,
Understanding of CSS coding, Wordpress theme structure and HTML or PHP is a plus
Knowledge or passionate about web design or motion graphic is a plus

Communication

Effectively communicates relevant-to-project information to superiors and team members
Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
Communicates with all suppliers related to printing and photography

Requirements:

A degree in Graphic Design or related field
Personal interest in Wellness and Hospitality industry is a plus
Creative, motivated, and good team interaction
Must have good decision-making and problem-solving skills
Proactive and positive thinking
Great attention to details
A positive attitude, self motivated, sense of urgency and willingness to achieve requirements
Flexible, ability to take direction well, adaptable to change
A sound understanding of Mac
A strong network of reliable suppliers a plus (print, point-of-sales, photography, web, motion, etc)
