Qualifications
• Male or Female
• Age 28 - 45
• Any Nationalities
• 2-3 years experiences in design business is a must
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, or any related field
• Good inter-personal skills with problem solving
• Able to work under preserve and pleasant personality with team working skills
• Outgoing, proactive, self-starter and excellent communicator
• Excellent command of spoken, reading and written English
• Having address book full of contacts in interior projects is a plus
• Computer Program: MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point

Responsability
• Act as a link between the client and KREA
• Maintain relationship and favorable contacts with current and potential customers
• Target potential clients and develop relationships in order to meet client's business requirements and achieve targeted growth
• Performs a variety of tasks and may lead and direct the work of others within /outside the organization
• Plan and accomplish goals based on extensive experience and judgment
• Prepare presentations to win new business and service the needs of existing clients by planning, organizing and monitoring the markets
• Brief KREA staffs to prepare and present the proposal to the client
• Ensure deadlines are met, write reports, keep records and details, maintain a photo library and provide up-to-date feedback to the client
