About the Job

•               Designs and implements dynamic visual content for a variety of internal and external communications.

•               Supports the transition from flat designs into animated pieces for digital display and web. Manages and maintains a company-wide database-driven digital signage network.

•               Translates raw data and verbose messages into succinct, readable, and compelling digital signs.

•               Assists in the development and execution of communication and marketing campaigns.

•               Self motivated and able to work independently.

Major activities:

•               Creates and deploys engaging and informative digital signage designs for associate communication in an efficient manner

•               Maintains the operation of the digital signage network, organizes graphical assets and database information

•               Updates daily call center statistics; communicates with other department representatives regarding specific signage content needs and implementation

•               interprets raw data and develops innovative ways to display it

•               Stays abreast of current motion design trends and digital signage practices in order to support both creative and business strategies

•               Photographs internal and external company events, and incorporates into signage displays

•               Promotes company branding and corporate strategy through designs and animations; collaborates with other marketing team members to brainstorm and develop concepts for communication needs

•               Applies solid problem solving skills and the ability to think big picture; supports the department with the creation of supplemental graphics for web, print, and presentations

•               Applies strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain corporate standards

•               Attends necessary project and departmental meetings.

•               Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Animation, or related field.

•               5-8 years demonstrated industry experience creating motion graphics using the Adobe Creative suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3ds Max or similar 3d software.

•               Knowledge of digital signage software and practices helpful.

•               Experience with DSLR photography and/or video production a plus.
