Webmaster Job Description:
The Webmaster role is responsible for managing, optimizing, improving and designing external, partner and internal web properties to meet the organization’s sales and marketing goals. Webmaster shall ensure that sites are easy to find and navigate by all target audiences. The Webmaster will work with Solutions Marketing, Online Marketing Programs such as Google Adwords and Social Media, Marketing Campaigns, Marketing Communications and Content Management System to deliver new or updated messaging, graphics, forms and campaigns through our web properties and will monitor, analyse and report traffic statistics generated by the site and its pages to determine ongoing effectiveness and increase hotel booking conversions. Understands broadcast, editing and streaming of multi-media content. Webmaster will ensure that website properties are functioning properly, troubleshoot web functions and act as liaison with IT supplier to ensure server performance and availability. The Webmaster will be in touch with each hotel in order to update hotel content. Webmaster will be working closely with revenue manager to create and launch online campaigns. Webmaster plans future changes to improve online success and increase booking conversions.
Functions and Responsibilities:
- 50% Content Management, hotel website management, Monitoring website performance traffic and conversions
- 25% Sales & Marketing Campaigns. Online Google Ads campaigns, Email marketing campaigns.
- 25% Online Corporate communications
- Responsible for publishing to blog and social media environment Facebook, Google +, Twitter, YouTube.
- Responsible for ensuring accessibility, performance, navigation and readability.
- Implement SEO strategy
- Responsible for analysing and reporting traffic and conversions of website. Use Google analytics.
- Participate in planning and development meetings
- Creation of graphics assets and website graphic design
- Perform quality assurance testing including multi-browser compatibility.
- Implement online marketing campaign through Google Adwords remarketing and social media platform Facebook, Twitter
- Provide website graphics assets that can be leveraged or expanded for use in corporate presentations.
- Manages and updates presentation templates
- Publish company documentation through website to support public market communications
- Ensure web site includes accurate company information
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Web design, programming HTML and site creation
- Ability to define and change web site information.
- Search engine optimization skills
- Google Analytics , Google Adwords
- Element of graphic design, layouts and story boarding Content and presentation flow
Education and Experience
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Multimedia, Digital Marketing or Similar
- Extensive experience in website design and Email marketing design (portfolio required)
- Minimum of five years in website development
- Talented graphic design ( portfolio required)
- Strong SEO background
- Proven experience using office, graphics and web development tools including:
- Microsoft Office, Google Apps Google analytics, Java, HTML, XML, Illustrator,
- Photoshop, Flash, PHP etc
- Creation of Shockwave Flash and Video animations
- Understanding of Multimedia platform
Requirements :
- Self-directed, independent
- Excellent communications skills; written and verbal
- Thai language skills a plus.
- Proven record of working well and accomplishing goals.
- Operate under pressure and meet or exceed deadlines
- Knowledge of Hotel Business is a plus
- Able to travel with standard laptop and files when necessary. No more 10-15 %
- Domestic/international travel
- Current valid passport and driving license.
Schedule : Full-time

Salary : Negotiable
Base : Bangkok or Phuket depending on suitability
