Blast Innovation is the Thailand Company (office) part of an International Property based group with offices in the South Pacific, the United Kingdom and Asia, "GREENARC PROPERTY GROUP". The group is involved in projects Internationally, including residential, commercial, hotels.

Blast Innovation is involved in projects in Thailand and around Asia, and is developing as part of the team the groups modular construction system that is being tested on a number of a projects Internationally at present. The Groups activities include the following;

• Property Development
• Development Management
• Project Management
• Architecture
• Engineering
• Manufacturing & Construction

Scope of works (preferred to be able to manage all below, but in house training will be provided):-

• Manage our architectural project team on medium size commercial projects, e.g. condo buildings, hotel, office buildings. 
• Create all project administration documents, e.g. MS project time-programs, excel cash-flow docs, monthly reports for Clients and Internal Directors.              
• Coordinate authority approvals (Able to sign off/ certify architectural documentation for local Thai Authorities) , coordinate consultancy team, tender building contracts
• Work with our factory, on the detail for manufacturing our prefabricated construction system off the design documents, and our logistic consultants on exports.  
• Head monthly meetings with clients for our architectural team preparing and presenting project reports, being central point of responsibility for the administration of projects.
• Possibility for right candidate to be Project Manager on a project.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's degree of Architecture with License
• Very Well communicate both Thai & English (written & spoken)
• Good computer skills in MS Office ( Excel, Words, MS project etc), ArchiCAD or AutoCAD, and 3D Rendering
• Abilities to work independently & part of management team
• Be able to work at Bang-Plee (Samutr Prakarn) warehouse/office and City office.
• Be able to travel overseas in Asia for projects, for short trips.
• Construction or Manufacturing experienced will be advantage
• Project manageent experience will be advantage
• Have own transport
• Preferably Active & Fast Learner.
