Creative Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce new advertising ideas via brainstorm session.

• Ensure creative and brand consistency across the region.

• Responsible for local and regional marketing promotional advertising campaign designs. To work closely with relative requestors, ensuring timely support, coordination and implementation of the on-going marketing promotions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A good eye for layout, design and user-interface.

• Capable in handling multiple con-current tasks and able to work under tight deadlines.

• Good interpersonal skills with an optimistic and passionate outlook towards duties.

• Excellent follow-up skills; must be responsible and capable of working independently.

• Good command in Thai & English, both written and spoken.

• Proficient with Adobe CC design software.

Photographer

Job description:

• Plans, schedules, coordinate and provide photographic services for the group. Serves as a principle source of information on photographic equipment and techniques.
• Oversees and executes a large variety of photograph assignments including location, studio, travel, portrait and event.
• Participates in strategic and creative concept development. Work closely with marketing, creative, digital, communications and branding team to provide strong visuals for various collaterals.
• Refines existing and develops new photography techniques and procedures. Maintains quality control throughout production of assigned projects. Keeps abreast of new development and technology in the photography field.
• Maintain a consistent workflow and full the internal image bank/digital asset management system. Grow the catalogue/archive f photographic images and ensures that images can be easily searched and retrieved. Manage, edit and curate creative content within the depository.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in photography or related field required.
• Professional experience in commercial, editorial and stock photography. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to conduct studio and location photography.
• Deep understanding of lighting and composition and the creative eye for creating compelling still photos.
• Experienced user of DSLR cameras, preferably with prior experience working at a magazine company, newspaper or ad agency.
• Minimum 5+ years of related working experience.
• Knowledge in Word, Excel, Mac, Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Team player with a mature attitude to work cross functional teams.
• Strong organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Travel required.

VFX Designer (specialize in video editing) 

Job description:

To be part of the creative video team; to conceptualize and design digital visual communications materials for all products under the AirAsia brand.

 Primary Responsibilities 

• Create special effects, animation and do visual clean-up for in-house video, films and commercials.
• Developing storyboards to delineate scenes and research to make sure the created effects are realistic.
• Support the video team in video editing and sound production.

Requirements:

• Proficient with Adobe After Effect, Premier, Photoshop, Maya, Sketchup and related video editing software.
• Eye for artistic detail, such as light, shadow and texture.
• Detail oriented with good color sense.
• Excellent follow-up skills; must be responsible and capable of working both independently and with a team.
• Proficiency in English communication, knowledge in other languages would be a plus.
• Minimum 3 years working experience.
