Requirements :-

• Male/Female experience in advertising industry is a plus

• Sophisticated sense of design/style, Impeccable design fundamentals (type, image, color)
• Ability to communicate complex design challenges into clear, easy-understanding experiences
• Working understanding of ecommerce and marketing best practices
• Excel in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash required. After effects, Final Cut and other video editing experience
• Understanding of HTML, and the capabilities of web browsers are essential
• Ability to work under deadline pressure, with interruptions and shifting priorities
