• Able to translate ideas and requirements into designs
• Responsible to analyze, design, and complete a project efficiently and within the deadlines
• Able to efficiently plan , execute, and complete assigned task

Qualifications
• Age 25 – 35 years
• A Bachelor Degree in Communication Art, Graphic Design, Fine and Applied Arts or related fields
• At least 2 years of web design and development
• Intermediate skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Macromedia Fireworks, or any vector-based graphics suit is a must
• MUST be proficient in:
o XHTML or Table-less design coding
o Advanced Flash
o HTML coding
o CSS coding
• Experience in PHP, ASP, XML, Java, .Net is a plus
• Must have portfolio

• Strong self-managing skill
• Able to complete many projects simultaneously
• Able to work efficiently and under pressure
