Required experience and qualifications :-
Thai national with minimum 5 years experience
Experience should cover all types of interior projects (commercial office, retail, hospitality etc) and also architectural CAD
First-hand experience in developing and implementing CAD standards in a               design/architecture office
First-hand experience in managing, motivating and resourcing a team of CAD operators
Previous on-site experience is advantageous
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English
