Spunky Digital is one of Bangkok’s leading social media agencies. We help businesses from all over the world with social media management, strategy and advertising.

We’re looking for creative social media executives in Bangkok to add to our talented team, with excellent design skills and an eye for great social content. You will work closely with the account teams to deliver creative output that is not only entertaining, compelling and engaging but also aligns closely with the key social and business objectives of our clients.

Our creative team is crucial – their work is the culmination of the hard graft put in by every member of the agency, as well as being the visual representation of everything we aspire to. All in all, it’s a pretty demanding, fast-paced but very rewarding position.

Responsibilities

• Creating and curating compelling pieces of content for clients and working on bigger campaigns created around the client's core business objectives.
• Have an understanding of good creative. Sometimes the most beautifully designed pieces of content could get lost if they're targeting the wrong audience. Good creative doesn't necessarily mean how good it looks, but rather how effective and engaging it is.
• Working closely with the wider account team (Account Manager, Community Manager and Advertising Manager) on strategy and idea creation. From the number of posts we create, campaign brainstorming, adverts, reactive content and more, Creatives need to be on the pulse of everything social media related and know what is best for the client.

Requirements

• You will need to live and breathe social media and have a real passion for all things digital. An understanding of what makes awesome social content and an obsession with creating it is essential.
• Being devoted to creativity and strategy. A love for brands and a natural ability to be creatively clever is imperative. Design knowledge (basically, you need to be able to use Adobe Creative Cloud apps such as Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects). Photography skills are an advantage.
• If you like getting stuck in and consider yourself multifaceted, this is the role for you. Our creative team do a little bit of everything (and by everything we mean graphic design, video, photography, copywriting, strategy, animation and so on). No two days are ever the same.
• Organisation. Working on a wide range of clients spanning a variety of industries, time and task management are a vital part of the role.
• Using initiative and common sense! As well as following your team lead, you will be able and willing to think on your feet, take responsibility and identify new areas and opportunities which we can collectively exploit—internally and externally.

• You need to be a Thai national with excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years industry experience required.
