[ Job ] Social Media & Online Store Manager for a brand under Pronto Group

The Pronto Group is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic and creative team. The perfect candidate should be well-mannered, social and have a service-oriented attitude.

The candidate reports directly to brand and marketing manager. This role has high growth opportunity.

Main responsibilities
• Create engaging posts on a social media page for a well established brand
• Communicate with customers through social media to address enquiries and concern
• Management of online store including stock addition, replenishment
• Liase with retail stores to assess item availability and performance for sales and promotion
• Strategic planning of social media activity
• Create sales reports of product performance
• Maintain a constantly lively and engaging social media atmosphere
• Delivery of items to post office (walking distance)

Requirements
• Bachelor degree in relevant field
• Minimum 2 years experience
• High speed typing of Thai and English
• Able to communicate professionally
• Friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing
• Effective communicator
• Motivated and driven to achieve excellence in your field

Must be available to start immediately

Salary 25,000 - 30,000
