Key roles:

• Qualified scope of work and spec of material followed by TOR
• Control, operate and verify procurement process, purchasing materials such as interior material etc
• Analyze and compare the cost for fair market-value
• Coordinate & operate on-site project, negotiation with Supplier & Sub-contractor both Thai and International
• Prepare report to update working process and construction material

Required Qualifications:

• Male or Female Age 25-32 Years, Thai Nationality
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Have experience to work in Architecture firm, real-estate company around 3-5 years
• Have experience to work with international supplier would be advantage
• Good command of English (If any TOEIC, TOEFL and IELTS score would be a plus)
• Have negotiation skill
• Work under pressure and limited time
• Team players
