Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above in related field.
• Comfortable in spoken and written Thai/ English.
• 30-35 years of age.
• 5 years of experience.
• Experience in Media Advertising Agency will be an advantage. 

Skill set in need:

• Managing the full hiring process from recruiting, interviewing, to orientation of new staff.
• Managing appraisal process for employee work results.
• Monitor and manage staff evaluation process where by eval. Are done by each dept. lead already.
• Managing employee benefits.
• Monitoring and implementing legal and company compliance.
• Managing resource capacity with budget planning.
