[ Job ] Project Coordinator/ Assistant(s) 15,000-20,000+

Project Coordinator/ assistant(s) position to the art director/ business development.

Our company is sponsoring the national project, Taste of Siam ( www.tasteofsiam.net ), organized by Channel 3, K. Reed and Chula University. It is a four months project and I am looking for a second assistant to help out with my workload, especially on this project. We will be meeting with the international media, foreign importers, and the production team quite often.

At the same time, we are working on two online products. We are looking for someone who has experience in communicating with web programer + experience in media industry. If you worked with a management level in major media firm or advertising firm, that would be a plus.

Since our base company mostly deals with foreign corporations. You required excellent skill in English email writing at least.

being my assistant, you will be most likely handling jobs like:

* understand my project idea and provide direction to the design team in-house, freelance and interns.

* provide instant response to our press partners (tv, magazines, newspaper, radio, organizer)

* translate conversation between me and clients. (only on advanced Thai words)

* work closely with my factory's R&D team on new product concept and sampling.

* enjoy eating.

* read, filter and reply business email.

and you should:

* speak and write fluently in Thai and English.

* be excellent in time management skills.

* be self-motivated. trainable. (I prefer you do things before i even asked.)
