PHP Developer
Job Description

You must be entrepreneurial, great at multi-tasking and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a startup setting is greatly valued. You are passionate about functionalities, eager to provide both a useful and delightful experience. You care as much about UX in every angle: functional, speed, flexible and "Ta-Daa!" moment. You aren't afraid to move fast, make a decision and iterate as you go. Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing:

- Write new PHP/MySQL code utilizing Object Oriented methodologies and best practices
- Design complete project architectures including data schemas and object models
- Refactor legacy code to follow Object Oriented methodologies and best practices
- Configure, Profile, and Tune production systems to ensure high performance
- Participate in code-reviews with an emphasis on performance and scaling issues
- Creating new PHP websites and enhancing features on our curerent ones
- Working with a team: front-end, business development and so on

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
- Understand best practices of usability and web design
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Expert knowledge of  PHP5, MySQL
- Experience with building applications for iOS or Android a plus

Bonus points
- Familiarity with CSS, JavaScript or at least an eagerness to learn them.
