[ Job ] Personal Assistant 14,000-18,000
Personal assistant(s) position to the art director/ business development. Accepted applicant(s) have the chance to work on a Channel 3 project.
Our company is sponsoring the national project/tv show- "Taste of Siam," organized by Channel 3, K. Reed and Chula University. It is a four months project and I am looking for a second assistant to help with my workload, especially on this project. We will be meeting with the international media, foreign importer, and the production team quite often
being my assistant, you will be most likely handling jobs like:
* provide instant response to our press partners (tv, magazines, newspaper, radio, organizer)
* translate conversation between me and clients. (only on advanced Thai words)
* screen calls and arrange daily meeting smartly.
* work closely with my factory's R&D team on new product concept and sampling.
* deliver task on time by arranging the right staff (100+) for right job.
* understand my project idea and provide direction to the design team in-house, freelance and interns.
* book flight ticket, hotel, and misc.
* read and reply business email.
and you should:
* speak and write fluently in Thai and English.
* be excellent in time management skills.
* be self-motivated. trainable. (I prefer you do things before i even asked.)
* attention to detail and the quantity of work
* be age between 25-35, a decent looking male or female.
Since you are my second assistant, you required to help out my current assistant as well.
We have chefs in-house to provide lunch and dinner. You will mostly following me with driver.
