Talisman Media Group, publisher of Bangkok’s leading visitor magazine Bangkok 101 and the Bangkok Art Map (BAM!), is urgently looking to fill the following position:

Magazine Layout Artist/Graphic Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-          Layout Talisman Media print publications quickly and attractively using Adobe Indesign.
-          Picture editing and post-processing.
-          Create and maintain maps for Bangkok 101 and BAM.
-          Coordinate with clients and printers on proofs, advertising approvals etc to ensure quality of the end-result.
-          Support sales team in the design of ads for clients, as well as in-house ads, logos, media kits, letter heads and other printed matter.
-          Create, using Adobe Illustrator, adverts, banners etc for www.bangkok101.com.
-          Some overtime may be expected to ensure your duties are fulfilled and the publication in question meets deadline.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-          Thai citizen, fluent in spoken & written English.
-          Bachelor Degree in related fields.
-          Creative and innovative player.
-          Superb graphic design skills.
-          Minimum 3 years working experience in magazine layout, design, or advertising design (especially in the hotel, spa or travel industry)
-          Excellent working knowledge of MAC OS, InDesign, PhotoShop & Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat and MS Office.
