Responsibilities: 

• Produce English and Thai communications related documents (news releases, photo caption releases, articles, briefing books, agenda, speeches, internal bulletins, PR reports, advertorials, advertisement copy, etc.) on the company’s business and corporate responsibility for internal and external audience.
• Coordinate and organize media relation activities (both national and local level) to maintain good relationship with them.
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors in media purchase and the production of communications materials such as company brochures and leaflets, New Year calendar, television commercial, printed advertisement, radio spots and scoops, or as assigned by the supervisor.
• Assist and support in organizing and promoting the company’s projects, press events and other functions as assigned
• Monitor local and international news about company operations in Thailand, Thailand’s energy industry, economic, political, and security situation for dissemination within the company
• Serve as a duty roster for Press & Information Officer during emergencies.

 Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related field
• University graduate in Arts/Social Science/ Journalism/Advertising or other related fields
• Experience in communications, media and public relations related works
• Excellent command of written & spoken English
• Computer literate in common office software and internet; graphic design skill is a plus
• Good interpersonal skills with service mind
• Having experience in PR agencies or English publications is preferable
• Having work experience with Oil and Gas Company is a plus
