We are a dynamic and successful team of designers, developers, and business people at KOS Design. We are looking for UX/UI Designer to be part of our team.

Requirements and Responsibilities 

• Oversee creative service projects ensuring they are on track, on time and on budget
• Partner with other departments to ensure smooth work flow and project communication
• Manage and plan all work flow through the creative department
• Manage and maintain database that manages projects, costs, vendors
• Lead project status meetings and managing the daily schedule
• Create monthly forecasts to ensure best practices of resource planning
• Other duties as required and assigned

Position required  

• Must be self-managed, self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, organized and a team player who works collaboratively and constructively on each project
• Must have a working understanding of internal creative process
• Must have strong workflow management, planning, problem solving and communication skills
• Must be able to self-manage projects and work within time deadlines
• Basic UX/UI or development skills is a massive plus.
