POSITION:
JUNIOR + CREATIVE GRAPHIC DESIGNER
PROBATION TIME: 4 MONTHS
 
REQUIREMENTS:
0 – 1 Years of Experience or a bit more also good.
Understanding of current product Design tools and Creative Thinking
Understanding of latest manufacturing processes and materials, with color and finish.
Innovative and Design thinking is a strong advantage. Styling and consumer understanding is also expected.
 
PERSONALITY:
At shakes our Junior Designers are our Ice cubes, an essential ingredient to any great cocktail. We understand that you are a little green around your nose but eager to learn and become a pro or as we call our senior Designers; juice.
Your main task will be at first to assist your Creative Director to complete any project and help to execute their workload. You are expected to learn our Design shakeology and quickly pick up pace to become an integrate part of our Design Team. This will then enable you to express yourself in terms of ideas and concept creation. We value each of our Designer’s input. As our ice cubes, we want you to be fresh, crisp, cool and charged with creative energy and willing to work hard.

Shakes is a brand new and fresh Design Agency specializing in Brand Design Strategy with packaging and Industrial Product Design with manufacturing. Our clients included Mercedes Benz, Twin Lotus Int. and many others to come.

1.      ประสบการณ์ 0-1 ปีเกี่ยวกับงานออกแบบกราฟฟิก
2.     มีประสบการณ์เรื่องการออกแบบกล่องบรรจุภัณฑ์ กล่องวางโชว์สินค้า โปสเตอร์
3.     มีประสบการณ์และความเข้าใจเรื่องการผลิตสิ่งพิมพ์
4.     มีความรู้เรื่องและเข้าใจเรื่องการสร้างเอกลักษณ์สำหรับองค์กร (CI) และแนวคิดเรื่องการออกแบบที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม
5.     สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี มีความรับผิดชอบและใส่ใจในงาน สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
 
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
1.      พนักงานออกแบบกราฟฟิกจะร่วมทำงานและช่วยเหลือพนักงานออกแบบกราฟฟิกอาวุโสในหน้าที่ๆ ได้รับมอบหมายให้สำเร็จไปได้ด้วยดี
2.     ร่วมแสดงความคิดเห็นและเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการวางแนวทางการออกแบบ
