            ฮับบา เราให้บริการพื้นที่การทำงาน (Coworking space) สำหรับ Startup Entrepreneurs Creative Freelancer และผู้ที่สนใจทั่วไป ที่นี่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในการทำงานพร้อม ไม่ว่าจะเป็น โต๊ะทำงาน ห้องประชุม อินเตอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูง อุปกรณ์เครื่องใช้สำนักงาน (Fax, Scan, Copy) เครื่องดื่ม ฯลฯ เรามุ่งมั่นที่จะสร้างบรรยากาศในการทำงานรูปแบบใหม่ ที่ทุกคนมาแชร์พื้นที่นั่งทำงาน แบ่งปันประสบการณ์ ความรู้ แก่เพื่อนสมาชิกจากหลายหลากอาชีพธุรกิจ

ทำอะไร?

            หน้าที่ของ Community Facilitator คือให้ข้อมูลและตอบคำถามเกี่ยวกับสถานที่และบริการของฮับบา รวมถึงให้บริการ ดูแล อำนวยความสะดวกให้สมาชิกรู้สึกสะดวกสบายในการทำงานมากที่สุด

คุณสมบัติ

-          ชาย หรือ หญิง อายุ 22 - 28 ปี

-          จบระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาใดก็ได้ (ถ้าจบด้านการบริการ/ การบริหารจัดการการโรงแรมจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

-          มีไหวพริบดี เรียนรู้เร็ว ช่างสังเกต

-          สื่อสารภาษาไทยได้ดี คล่องแคล่วและสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้

-          ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้นและเครื่องใช้สำนักงานได้

-         มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี รักงานบริการ เปิดกว้างและใส่ใจกับหน้าที่

-         มีทักษะในการนำเสนองาน กล้าแสดงออก

2.Graphic Designer (1 position)

Graphic Designer ทำอะไร?

            ออกแบบ สร้างสรรค์สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์และสื่อที่ใช้ในอินเตอร์เน็ต เพื่อใช้โฆษณา ประชาสัมพันธ์ และส่งเสริมการขายให้งานสามารถสื่อความหมาย และเป็นที่สนใจแก่กลุ่มเป้าหมาย  

คุณสมบัติ

-          เพศชาย/หญิง อายุระหว่าง 22-30 ปี

-          จบปริญญาตรีสาขาใดก็ได้ มีความสามารถและใจรักงานออกแบบ

-          มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านงานออกแบบกราฟิก

-          คล่องแคล่วในการใช้ MACBOOK, Illustrator, Photoshop และโปรแกรมอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง

-          ถ้ามีทักษะด้าน Web design จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

-          เขียน Content สื่อสารได้ดีและน่าสนใจ

-          กระตือรือร้น มีความเป็นวัยรุ่น สนใจเหตุการณ์รอบตัว

-          คิดสร้างสรรค์และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้

-          ตั้งใจและรับผิดชอบ ตรงเวลา ชอบทำงานเป็นทีม

3.Digital Marketing Executive (1 position)

Roles & Responsibilities:

-          Work closely with the Directors, Team Leader and Advisors to develop the Digital Marketing team, the unique approach & practice within the team and the tools, training and other knowledge database to create internal human capital within the consulting unit.

-          Assist in the analysis of client brands / companies and digital marketing status

-          Assist in the development of marketing strategy, specifically digital marketing strategy for clients

-          Assist in the development of proposals, KPI and action plan of each project

-          Manage social media accounts of various client companies

-          Liaise with clients on day-to-day management of social media accounts

-          Conceptualize and create high impact content (blogs, articles)

-          Conduct online market research

-          Research cutting edge tech and social media trends to inform clients, share with team and develop new product lines

Qualifications include:

-           Bachelor’s degree graduate in Business Administration, PR or  Marketing Communication

-          1 year work experience, preferably in marketing, mass communication or digital marketing field

-          Social Medias Addict. Interest and proficiency on geo-local-social mobile applications, cloud computing and cutting-edge tech trends

-          Good communication in English

-          Content creation skill

-          Analytical and logical problem solving skills

-          Sales and presentation skills is a plus.

-          Quick and eager learner and reader

4.Community Manager (1 position)

Roles & Responsibilities:

-         Leader - Responsible for the planning of the project and successful execution within given, often tight deadline

-         Prepare and present weekly project performance updates, monthly reports, quarter performance reviews

-         Strategic planner – Develop and execute HUBBA’s strategy and action plan

-         Set up the HUBBA Training model, Replication Model

-         Team-builder - Recruiting and building an effective team for sales & marketing, communications and events function

-         Create and execute fun, cool and unique events.

-         Able to host events, space, and act as MC.

-         Sales experience is an advantage - Pitching and make sales to prospective clients

Qualifications include:

-         Female  24-30 years old

-         Bachelors degree or higher, degree in service and hospitality will be strongly considered

-         At least 1 years working experience, preferably from service industry

-         Conversable and reading skills in English is necessary, 3rd language is a plus

-         Social medias understanding

-         Proficient Computer and presentation skills

-         Good writing and communication skill, planner and organization skills

-          Analytical and logical problem solving skills

-         Happy Person: optimistic, extrovert, outgoing, friendly and funny

-         Flexible multi-tasker, be able to work on many projects simultaneously

-         Lifelong and passionate reader and learner
