Job Description 

1. Overseeing all user experience and design aspect of both our organisation and our client’s work.
2. Lead a small team of Designers. Coach your team through reviews and feedback. Support their UX/UI growth. Raise the capacity, skills and quality of user-centered design on your team.
3. Employ design thinking and questioning techniques to develop strategies and execution plans where pathways are not always obvious. Develop and lead the Design team to improve the range of research methods used.
4. Conduct Usability Testing to validate design concepts.
5. Working with design, marketing and developer team to develop a cohesive & pleasure experience for our users and clients throughout each project. The deliverables may include Website, Mobile Applications, Artwork Poster, Gif Animation, VDO production, VDO animation, Prints, Event displays and so on.
6. Study analytics and content performance results to understand user behaviour.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. More than 4 Years of experience in visual designs. 
2. Ability to create pleasurable experience for users.
3. Experience in working with Junior Designers. 
4. In-depth knowledge of AI, PS and tools for designer. 
5. Proven ability to manage multiple design requests in a timely fashion, with competing priorities and deadlines.
6. Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
7. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences at various levels of organisation.
8. Experience testing websites and software on a variety of platforms including iOS and Android mobile and devices.
9. Previous experience with user centered design principles and practices, web/mobile standards, typography and color, and web/mobile usability standards.
10. Knowledgeable in creating wireframes, visual mockups graphics, user workflows, and low and high-fidelity prototypes.
    
11. Ability to work with marketers, creative, designers and developers to implement new ideas.

Preferable

1. Likes to work closely with Developers and Marketing Team.

2. Interested in CLMV markets. 

3. Open to learn new things.
