Job Description
1. Study brief, research needed information, prepare Rough drafts and present ideas.
2. Plan & deliver work effectively within the given budget and time constrains.
3. Work together with internal teams and external to to deliver high quality work.
4. Create and execute engaging print and digital ads, internal brand elements, social media posts, and support materials.
5. Create story-boarding, content, illustration, 2d motion design
6. Concept development independently and in teams. Utilizing conceptual and design skills to bring ideas to life. Explain complex ideas or processes through visual storytelling
7. Perform in Pre-Production, Production and Post-production in creating animated video
8. Design and build compelling hight quality animations and video productions.
9. Able to improve work after team and client feedback.

Requirements
- At least 1 year experience with a bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent skills with modern design tools (Adobe creative, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects etc.)
- Good understanding of the principles of animation and film making
- Have a strong skill set in motion design , animated content and compositing
- Having capacity and skills to work both independently and as a part of team
- Preferably those who are willing to support other tasks in the production team.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
