Interior Designer

Job descriptions :-

- Reserach on project location and elements of design inspiration

- Develop design concept and prepare drawing documentation

- Coordinate with consultants and suppliers

- Site monitoring and supervision support as required

Qualifications :-

- Diploma / Bachelor of Interior Design or Architecture

- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Hospitality Design

- Strong sketching and hand drawing skills

- Good knowlege of materials, specs and construction detailing

- Advanced computer design skills. Able to use AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop. 3D Max and Rhino rendering are added advantage

- Good command of both written and spoken English

- Strong passion for creativity and team work to drive design exerllence

Job descriptions :-

- Lead project team to develop design solutions for delegated project

- Develop design concept and prepare drawing documentation

- Assist with project planning and supervised designers workflow

Qualifications :-

- Diploma / Bachelor of Interior Design or Architecture

- Minimum of 5-10 years experience in Hospitality Design

- Strong space planning skills and exerllence in conceptual design

- Good presentation skills with extensive knowledge on materials and construction detailing

- Advanced computer design skills. Able to use AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop. Adobe InDesign are added advantage

- Demonstrate leadership and good project managenent skill

Job descriptions :-

- Coordinate with Designer to produce 3D rendered images for delegated project

- Prepare modeling, lighting, texturing, photo compositing, retouching and fly-thru animation for photo realistic imagery

- Create 3D external and internal visuals from initial design intent to fully design scheme

Qualification :-

- Graduates of Interior Design or Architecture or Graphic Art

- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Hospitality Design visualization

- Computer literacy with strong proficiency in 3D Max, Vray or Conora rendering and Adobe Photoshop. SketchUp and Animation are added advantage

- Detailed oriented and able to challenge the prevailing assumptions on visual narrative where warranted and suggest a better approach

- Good time management skills

- Good command of both written and spoken English
