[ Job ] SymbolsOfStyle is looking for Graphic Designer for online fashion and design publication

SymbolsOfStyle.com, an online magazine and shop for fashion, design and culture, is hiring a full-time graphic designer. You will provide creative support creating online promotion material such as banners, eNewsletters, etc; conceptualise and implement design, retouch products perform other design responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor in Creative Media Design/ Multimedia or equivalent
- Minimum of one year's relevant experience, preferably in print, web design and interactive design in an advertising agency environment*

*Fresh graduates with relevant freelance experience may also be considered
- Possess a good portfolio

- Have good understanding of website usability and architecture
- Visual conceptualisation skills
- Graphic design and typographical skills
- Proficient in multimedia design software (e.g. HTML, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, After Effects)
- Knowledge of Flash action scripts, web development languages (Javascript, XML, CSS, PHP, ASP, JSP, AJAX) and database programming language (SQL) will be preferred
