Description:

Manage the artwork / graphic design team
Develop scalable design creation processes
Work closely with our development team to ongoingly improve all system related to design creation
Ensure that the team designs and creates artwork that corresponds to the client requirements and meets their expectations
Ensure that the sales teams meet or exceed overall targets and KPIs such as: number of artworks created, number of customers supported, customer satisfaction score, number of returning customers
Monitor the team’s tasks and responsibilities actively using statistics and KPIs and on a regular basis, conduct regular meetings with the teams and with the management in order to improve performance and efficiency
Prepare and retouch artworks of customers in markets across Asia-Pacific, with focus on Australian, Thai, Malaysian, and Singaporean customers
Ensure smooth processes between the different departments involved in the customer journey (Sales, Design, Production)
Coordinate and liaise with sales and customer service to obtain clear customer requirements and final clearance on the artwork products
Coordinate and liaise with production to ensure feasibility and clarity of the customer’s printing requirements
Work closely with Gogoprint’s management team to analyse, discuss, improve and develop knowledge about products, processes and other information of the company

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree required with an education in (graphic) design preferred
At least 3 - 5 years of professional experience in the artwork design and/or graphic design field
Proven track-record of 3 - 5 years in managing team.
In-depth experience with the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
Excellent English language skills
Experience in the printing or related industries (especially with regards to graphic design) is highly preferred
Experience in customer service related fields is advantageous
Excellent organization and project management skills
Excellent time and people management skills
Innovative, driven and strong process mindset
High level of flexibility, responsibility and proactivity
Ability to be agile and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong process mindset and generally IT-savvy
