Position : Development Team Leader

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of 4 developers.
Responsible for end-to-end software delivery of each campaign and project.
Participating in requirement and client brief analysis with project manager and client service team.
Initiate development process and make use of development tools to leverage the standard of software development of the company.
Work as a team with project management and client service teams.
Initiate and coach on new technologies.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years’ experience in Software Development (PHP, FB API, HTML/CSS or other comparable technology)
Strong knowledge and background of Software Development Life Cycle activities (Design, Implementation, Code Review, Unit Testing, Debugging, and Release) with experience in agile practices preferred.
At least 2 years proven experience in leading and supervising a technical project team.
Experience of working on geographically distributed & multi-disciplinary project streams with proven ability to concurrently manage multiple projects
Effectively work as a team and coordinate both within and outside own team
Self-motivated, multitasking, pressure-tolerant, result-oriented personality, team building and time-management skills
Highly flexible in management style to deal with changes
A Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related fields.
