BedBuzz is seeking an experienced, senior client services candidate for our rapidly expanding creative communications agency;

Job description

To work and be in charge of growing the client portfolio revenue and developing skills and expertise within the team. She/he works with a few, large, clients, mainly with substantial PR & Event budgets. she/he has strong relationships with Senior Managers on the client side and also often has contact with other of the client’s external parties such as Media Agencies, Advertisement Agencies and Interactive Agencies. The Account Director manages a team consisting of Strategic Account Manager and Account Executives.

Skills

3-5 years agency experience preferable.

• Strong leadership skills

• Strong social and interpersonal skills

• Selling and Negotiation skills• Strategic & Analytic

• Consultancy approach to service delivery

• Thorough knowledge of how major advertisers generate results on the web (background from media agency, marketing department, advertiser, competitors or similar)

• Experience of performance based marketing (search, affiliate, cpa/media)

• Comprehensive understanding and experience of all pricing metrics

• Demonstrate profitable growth of client accounts though wide-ranging account management skills

• Ability to set budgets, expectations and deliver results

• Fluent in English

• Any other European languages helpful
