Position: Project Coordinator (freelance)

We are looking for young, hard-working and motivated individuals who have an interest in the entertainment industry. We need individuals who are enthusiastic about getting into the music and events business and would like to learn about the workings behind the scenes of the industry. This work opportunity is great for future resumes and references and comes with a training camp, which will prepare you for working in the events environment. Scope of the job is to work behind the scenes on music projects and events. Successful candidates may be chosen on a free-lance basis or project-to-project to work in the entertainment field along side project managers on various projects throughout the year. 

We are currently looking for two types of candidates.

Requirements for candidacy, Type A: 
• Age between 22-30
• Fluent in English and Thai, literacy must be fluent also
• Must be currently enrolled in Bachelor’s degree course or more
• Must have some working experience in any capacity
• Knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint) is a must
• Interest in current music and entertainment
• Experience in and entertainment related fields is a plus
• Flexible schedule

Requirements for candidact, Type B:
• Age between 22-30
• Fluent in English and Thai, literacy must be fluent also
• Native or fluent Japanese and/or Korean speaker, must be able to communicate in a professional capacity
• Must be comfortable with translation work as well (email, conversation, etc) 
• Must be currently enrolled in Bachelor’s degree course or more
• Must have some working experience in any capacity
• Knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint) is a must
• Interest in current music and entertainment
• Experience in and entertainment related fields is a plus
• Flexible schedule

What you need to apply:
• Current resume in English and Thai with a recent photograph
• Cover letter describing, “How do your experiences make you the ideal candidate for the job?” written in English. 
• Proof of enrollment, current study or past study from any Bachelor’s degree course.
• Proof of identification by form of ID or passport copy. 

Shortlisting process:
1. All submissions will be considered and if you match the requirements then you will be called back for an interview, which is to be conducted in all languages you are applying for. From this interview the first shortlist will be made. 
2. Second short list will be made following an initial training weekend. Date and time TBC. 
3. Third and final short list will follow an on-job performance report. Date and time TBC
