Position: Head of Promotion
BU: BEC-Tero Radio

Qualifications:

• Male / Female, age over 25 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related fields
• At least 3 years of Promotion or Marketing Management
• Good command of English and computer literacy (MS Office)
• Able to deal with high work pressure, fast moving and long work hours
• Love challenge and explore new work perceptive
• High creativity with good analytical skills
• Strong presentation and management skills

Responsibilities:

• To develop and Implement marketing promotion campaigns
• To manage sales promotion budgets, income and expenses control
• To establish strategic relationship with business partners
• To monitor and evaluate sales promotion campaigns to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
• To coordinate with related department and partners to achieve promotion performance
• To build promotion team capability to deliver results
• To perform other job-related duties as assigned

Position: Graphic Designer

Qualifications:

• Male / Female, age over 25 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Communication Arts, Multimedia and any related fields
• At least 2-3 years of Graphic Designer experience
• Good command of English and computer literacy (MS Office)
• Proficiency in design programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, Page Maker and else will be advantage
• Creative, passionate in design, flexible, hands on, and ability to maintain focus and pressure of a busy day
• A knowledge and interest in business and seasonal trend

Responsibilities:

• To handle for designing the promotion material (e.g. logo, brochures, flyers, newsletters, print ads and other promotional materials) for company promotion activities.
• To complete and prepare artworks ready for print
• To check and assess pre-printing materials, color samples and printing quality
• To obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
• To liaise with external printers on a regular basis to ensure corporate brand is maintained and material is printed to the highest quality
• To perform other job-related duties as assigned.
