1.Head of Promotion

Responsibilities

-          Develop and implement a year-round promotion plan for 95.5 Virgin HitZ aligning with marketing strategy and station’s branding

-          Monitor and problem solving in every promotion

-          Initiate new promotion or campaign that suit the station’s branding identity

-          Maintain partnership with client and also seek for new partnership opportunity as a media partner

-          Coordinate with related party e.g. programming, sales, branding, website, etc.

Qualifications

-          Male or Female, age 25 and over

-          Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field

-          2-3 years of experience in promotion, marketing or related field. Experience in radio business is an advantage

-          Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

-          Computer literacy

-          Organizational skills and can work under tight timeline

-          Good command in English

-          Willing to work smart and work under challenge situation.

-          Passionate about entertainment, people and result.

 2.Online Radio Marketing Manager

Job Description

• To oversee 3 Online Radio Stations in terms of Promotion and Marketing
• To initiate, develop and implementPromotion and Marketing strategy plan for online radio stationsthrough both online media and offline media
• Content management for all 3 stations
• To develop marketing materials, sales supporting and product supporting materials for online radio stations
• To find media partner opportunity that matched with the station and co-ordinate by project
• To execute marketing activity and promotion for online stations

 Requirement

• Male or Female, age above 25
• Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, Mass Communication or related fields.
• Minimum2-3 years experiences in marketing field. Experience in Online Marketing or Digital Media is an advantage
• Good presentation and analytical skills, plus demonstrated skills to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously.
• Initiative, critical and creative thinking
• Strong in interpersonal skill and problem-solving
• Detail-oriented, hard working, well-organized
• Can work under pressure and meet the deadline
• Good command in English

 3.Online Radio Producer

Purpose and Role

-          The role of the Online Radio Producer will be to oversee the 3 online formats in terms of playlists, production and marketing concepts/promotions. In order to do this, the producer will have to liaise with the Music Directors, Web Team, Creative Team, Marketing and Technical departments to ensure the smooth running of the stations.

-          Marketing of the stations will play an important part in this role. The stations must be launched and promoted so as to build a listener base large enough to attract potential advertisers.

-          The producer will be responsible for developing the websites (landing pages) for each station, and keeping the content fresh and relevant.

-          Advance work will also have to start in anticipation of possible additional stations in the future.

 Qualifications

-          The candidate, first and foremost, must have strong Marketing skills.

-          Being up-to-date with the latest trends in music, social networking, surfing the net and on-line technology is also important.

-          Candidate must be highly creative and able to visualize and differentiate among the different formats and their target audiences/clients.

-          Candidate must have advanced computer skills.

-          Candidate must have excellent inter-personal skills and be able to work with diverse teams.

-          Candidate must speak fluent English and Thai. Additional languages (Asian) also a plus.
