Producer

To supervise video production team and work closely with creative and respective markets leader. Initiates, coordinates, supervises and controls all aspects of a production from post process till final products.
Get brief from client/requester, brief the video team, manage the video team calendar, timeline & deliverable.
Responsible to operate or assist in studio camera, lighting setup & sound recording.
Preparing the setup as well as maintenance of all camera sets, lighting and equipment.
Floor & location management.

Requirements:

Strong writing and field producing skills a must.
Good operation skills with studio equipment, both photo, video and lighting.
Must be confident with budgeting and logistics as well as external parties management.
Must be able to focus on a specific task despite distractions and be able to work well with coworkers and the public in stressful situations.
Must be available for shift changes and possible extra hours.
Proficiency in English & Thai communication, knowledge in any other languages (Mandarin, Japanese, Vietnamese) would be a plus.
Experience in video and sound editing is a plus.
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in theater management, film studies, cinematography, communications, journalism or similar capacity.
Minimum 5 years working experience. Working experience in agency or production house is a plus.
