Full Stack Developer / Web Developer

AirAsia is looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer/Web Developer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming to join our Creative Team.

You will be responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications and working alongside designers for web design features, interface and among other duties.

You will also be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good team work skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Developing front and back end of website architecture.
• Designing user interactions on web pages.
• Creating servers and databases for functionality.
• Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones and responsiveness of applications.
• Working alongside designers for web design features.
• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
• Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of local market’s culture, sensibilities and nuances with a solid knowledge and understanding of design, usage behaviors, engagement methods for major commerce and social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Wechat, Weibo, etc)
• Superb understanding of web technologies (html, css, Java, HTML5, JavaScript, .net) and other modern application programming languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React and Amber; server side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP and .Net; database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
