Job Description

The HTML Developer role at Agoda is a key piece within the development team.  Successful candidates will be expected to design and develop high quality HTML within a dynamic and high velocity development environment. 

Experience

• 3+ years HTML 4 development
• 3+ year CSS 2 development

Education

Candidate should have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Skills/Abilities

• Strong analysis and problem solving skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and commit to the agreed deliverables and schedules once targets and goals have been assigned
• Excellent communication skills and willing to learn non-technical business and industry knowledge
• Strong English, in speaking, reading and writing – must be able to communicate in English and be willing to improve
• Solid knowledge of Internet technologies (HTML 4/5, XML, CSS 2/3, etc) and the relevant issues (cross browser issues, firewalls, cookies, etc)
• Strong capability to build websites using HTML/CSS/JavaScript based on Photoshop designs
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Visual Studio 2005/2008 (.NET Framework 3.5)
• Working knowledge of ASP.NET
• Working knowledge of Adobe Dreamweaver
