Role and Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for all client communications and compliance on client deliverables.
- Establish strong relationships with key persons/decision makers on client side, responsible for fostering and strengthening all client relationships for existing accounts as well as serving as counsel to the client on best practices in Digital Marketing and Social Media.
- Work with clients to determine business needs and objectives.
- Leads and guides the development of overall client objectives and the ongoing strategic direction.
- Provide leadership to the internal client account team, ensuring that all marketing strategies and tactics support client goals.
- Responsible for client satisfaction and to retain and grow their assigned accounts whenever possible.
- Develop and negotiate contract renewals by leveraging a track record of solid execution, measurable results and excellent client service
- Proactively identify, qualify, pitch and close new business opportunities within your assigned client accounts
- Provide team with leadership and development plan.

- Experience of performance based marketing (search, affiliate, cpa/media)
- Demonstrate profitable growth of client accounts though wide-ranging account management skills
- Ability to set budgets, expectations and deliver results
- Marketing and advertising skills.
- Experience in graphic designed packages is essential.
- Project management skills are also essential.
- Master degree (from overseas is a plus) within Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- A minimum of 7-10 years experience in related work positions.
