For this position, we're hiring for an energetic, pro-active, intelligent, easy-going young colleague, service-mind, fast understanding of client’s business and industries , passion in digital, articulate consumer insights to drive communications strategies and programs, related to interactive, digital campaigns, social marketing and communications. 

You will be working with great team of account executives, designers and engineers to implement challenge projects for most famous brands and companies.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze client briefing, requirement and identify the challenge.
• Research + understand business agenda, core value, market target and insight. 
• Explore Idea by pick up the execution guidance, success stories, local cultural and social trends relevantly.
• Execute to conducts project’s brainstorming with stakeholders.
• Evaluate by use various data measurement, tracking and optimization tools to develop insights and KPI for business into strategic plan and roadmaps.
• Compose digital marketing strategy/ Digital marketing campaign including with strategy landscape, channel selection, communication strategy and KPI evaluation.
• Provide Crafts persuasive briefings to creative.
• Monitor along the plan and find the improvement strategy. 

Qualifications:

• Intelligent strategic mind / logic thinking
• Experience in a digital agency / advertising agency or related field. 
• In-depth understanding of customer marketing, digital marketing and up-to-date digital trend
• A passion for digital marketing.
