Type of Business:  Japanese Magazine

Working Hours:Monday-Friday  9.00 -18.00

Qualifications

• Thai nationality, Male or Female, age of 25 - 30.
• Bachelors degree or higher in any field
• Good command in Japanese and English with computer literacy.
• Japanese Language Proficiency Test at level 3 or Higher.
• Creative Thinking and work well under pressure.
• Preferably knowledge of Support Sales, Customer Service
• Flexibility / Team work / service mind

Responsibilities:

• Handling all customer service, enquiries, support and marketing to our clients' customers.
• Develops and maintains positive customer relationships.

• Translate Document Thai – Japanese / Japanese – Thai

• carry out the duties and responsibilities from a Japanese manager
• Contact customer Take care of assigned clients.
• Contact with the store to review.
