[ Job ] Stryker Design is looking for IT Programing Manager

Key Responsibilities
•Delivery of multiple concurrent online products, mobile applications and web solutions projects. Oversees the selection of assigned personnel for projects. Ensures communication and understanding of deadlines, assignments and objectives. Acts as point of contact with client program management.
•Performs on-going review of program status & identifies risks. Documents program progress including implementation, timelines, issues, risks and successes to maintain program course. Assesses results and determines and implements risk mitigation solutions as appropriate.
•Maintains grade and quality of program deliverables within defined and agreed upon program requirements. Identifies and resolves matters of significance impacting the productivity of several large, complex, global programs. Oversees and implements changes and adjusts as appropriate.
•Build the new and existing IT teams and ultimately, shape the product landscape of this almost “Greenfield” massive data site and trading platform. You will be a Big Data devotee and digital visionary; capable of bridging the chasm between attaining robust competitive data intelligence and devising successful product and business strategy.

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;
•A High Level of English Competence for writing, reading and speaking essential to perform this role. Fluent in Thai is considered a strong advantage.
•Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, information technology, computer engineering or related field preferred;
•Preferred - extensive project management experience on leading IT projects of US$20 million budgets and upwards preferred;
•With well-defined Project management skills you will thrive under pressure, especially for deliverable deadlines, version control and release management.
•7+ years successful project delivery in leadership roles covering online/web applications delivery within dynamic, growing organisations;
•Well-developed leadership and influencing skills across a full range of stakeholders, especially subordinate staff in their centre of influence;
•Experience with development projects on large high profile web portals. Online technologies integrated with back office database systems;
•Deep Functional experience in in IT Infrastructure area such as Server administration, Database, OS, Networks etc. a great advantage. Experience working with techniques and approaches related to the architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phases also an advantage;
•Deep knowledge on Virtualisation technologies, ability to present solutions and alternatives on new technologies like virtual desktop, cloud computing, Apple IOS7 & latest Android and open source software;
•Experience with vendor and contract management in the online space, Agile or equivalent environment an advantage;
•Digital media or software environment is advantageous. Experience working with project management methodology including budget development, project planning, control and assurance methodologies, project management software and finance and accounting concepts and practices;
•Experience working with quality management approaches and techniques and principles to ensure compliance, productivity and methodology tools that increase project efficiency and effectiveness;
•Experience working with administrative and reporting processes. You are an advocate for accurate wire flow charting and tenacious in maintaining operations software/programming manuals, development of system policies and procedures, with an eye for sophisticated record keeping.
•Experience working with client vision, business objectives, and critical success factors. Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to deal with situations where information is difficult to obtain, complex or ambiguous.
