Internal Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Provide support to Account Executive team.
• Coordinate within the organization.
• Searching and collecting hotel information, activities, car rental, tourist attraction, and tour package.
• Responsible for market activities.
• Participate with hotel partners with special deals and promotions.
• Prepare documents as necessary.
• Focusing on details, explanation, summarization, and preparing report for other team to next process.
• Coordinate with other teams.
• Coordinate with related person on daily operating works.
• Maintain strong teamwork within the team.
Qualification:
• Thai nationality, Male or Female age not over 28 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree graduate in Tourism or related field.
• Strong computer applications skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
• Fluent in English and Thai in listening and speaking would be advantage.
• Good English both written and oral essential, and other Asia Pacific languages is a plus.
• Experience in related business would be advantage.
• Sound knowledge of tourism business and online business would be advantage.
• Careful, detailed personality with good cheerful disposition.
• Flexibility, high responsibility and able to work independently under time constraint.
• Able to work under pressure with good working attitude and a good team player.
• Competent in using computer (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• New graduated university students are welcome.
