Qualifications:        

• Male or Female, Age 35 - 45 years old.                                
• Bachelor or higher degree in Interior design      
• At least +5 years experience on interior design firmed or Retail Business 
• Advanced knowledge of finishes, materials, furnishings and standards
• Friendly, positive thinking, and also the ability to work as good teamwork, hard-working and initiative.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing (Thai & English)
• Possess basic hand and CAD drafting skills. Basic proficiency in 3D Modeling software such as 3D Studio Max preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks, met deadlines and work collaboratively on multiple projects at once.
• Self-motivated, detail orientated and client focused , ability to work in a team office environment.    

Job Description:                                        

• Generates and develops overall interior design concepts; formulates design presentation strategies and makes presentations.
• Manages interior design process for entire project consistent with project’s program, budget and time constraints; leads/directs the work of other interior designers.
• Manages client interaction and decisions related to interior design along with GM Design    
• Overseeing the personal Design of all team members including performance appraisals, and monitoring succession planning along with Interior Design Consultant        
• Ensure the Design team members are appraised (including design reviews), focused on personal growth and mentored.
• Taking part in recruitment of suitable staff to department with GM Design and Interior Design Consultant
• Determine project roles of team members’ base on project requirements, time frames
• Lead team to prioritize signed off project work based on analysis of strategic importance, tasks outstanding obstacles or barriers, resources and deadlines
