Job Description :

1)Assume the role of project director when requested by the supervisor.

2)Lead project teams to develop design solutions for delegated interior projects.

3)Together with the design director develop design concept and prepare with the project team documentation for tenders and construction.

4)Together with the design director assist with planning the project and junior designer work flow.

5)Monitor train and supervise junior designers to provide good design and standard detailing.

6)Ensure junior designers and adherence to corporate policy.

7)Liaise with supervisor with regards to management and performance of junior designer.

Qualifications :

1)Male or Female, 30 years old above

2)Bachelor of  Architectural or Interior Design .

3)Experience in AutoCAD, working knowledge of 3 ds max.

4)Good communication and interpersonal skills.

5)Minimum 5 years in experience in Interior Design I, e shop, bank, showroom, hotel, office, etc.

6)Excellent in Design and detailing skills and ability in design/price estimation.

7)Time management ability.

8)Good written and spoken English.

9)Protfolio is required.
