We're looking for a "Project Director" @Sukhumvit103 (BTS Udomsuk)

Job Descriptions:

- Manage, supervise, and implement the project execution strategy
- Propose appropriate strategies for development projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Manage quality control process to deliver the best quality product to the customers
- Perform risk management to minimize project risk
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Assist as required in the preparation of financial models, development business plan, development budget and valuation models for development projects

Qualifications:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Construction Management, Architect, Engineering or related field
- Experience in Human Resources Management, preferable in factory environment
- 15 years above in construction project management, preferable in interior industry
- Understand of MS project or any programs for project controlling
- Good knowledge of building products, furniture and fitting material
- Excellent project management skills (planning, organizing, budgeting, execution, problem solving, analytical, negitiation)
- Strong Leadership and human management skills
- Able to travel for work in the country or abroad as necessary
