POSITION1 : SALES and MARKETING DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

• Develop new accounts and relationships in promotion of Company brand, products and services to potential and existing clients

• Develop, monitor and maintain the CRM business case with distributors and retail team, domestic and overseas, online and offline
• Manage the budget – tracking plan on weekly basis
• Support the retails team in achieving their revenue targets by delivering quality, hot products and marketing activities that will produce the highest level of revenue to the company.
• Help organize and manage shop operations to meet sales and service target
• Undertaking the responsibility of developing and implementing strategies and plans to improve the level of pre-sales and after-sales service for shop at Terminal21, sales corners at Siam Paragon, Emporium, Loft-Siam Discovery and online-shop to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction and sales target.
• Training sales staff to deliver excellent customer service and being involved in staff appraisals and the recruitment process.
• Be the key conduit for all business matters with department stores management.
• Formulate and maintain an appropriate stocking program that ensures constant supply of all brand products with Stock Controller and Purchasing Manager
• Ensure that brand promotions are setup and executed as stipulated.
• Assist in the development and co-ordination of the merchandising and marketing plan for all shop and sale location.
• Manage Consumer Database
• Address any retails customer service related issues if required.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficiency in communications and implementation of company initiatives and processes within your dept.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned

THE CANDIDATE:

• At least bachelor degree in related field.
• Minimum 3 years in related field : professional purchasing, marketing, sales or retails on multi-site consumer and a good overall understanding of the retail business
• Strong project management skill, competitive analysis, strategy formulation, effective communication, logical thinking & problem solving.
• Good command of written English, computer literacy and presentation skill.
• Strong experience of continually improving people, process, system within a marketing and challenging environment
• Good personal presentation
• Experience in Gift, Lifestyle or Fashion products and industry is a plus
• Retail experience in a Managerial role is a plus
• Proficient in spoken English is a plus
