Position Summary​​:
We are looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Digital Designer to join our team! Gogoprint’s vision is to make printing easy & frictionless for small & medium sized companies. As an UI-UX Digital Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities / Essential Job Functions​​:

● Plan and implement new designs for digital products (particularly websites and e-commerce platforms).

● Optimize existing user interface designs for conversion and usability.

● Conduct Tests (such as AB testing) for intuitivity and experience as well analyse results.

● Communicate with both internal teams and customers to understand their business goals and objectives

● Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions

● Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements

● Create and present prototypes for new product ideas

● Test new ideas before implementing

● Conduct an ongoing user research

Minimum Requirements : 

● 3-5 years of experience as an UI-UX Designer for consumer/business facing web sites (eCommerce or B2B) or similar role

● Familiarity with Sketch, Invision

● Willingness to learn and be up to date on latest UX/UI and online product design.

● UI design portfolio

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.

● Ability to discuss and explain design options

● Detail oriented

● Critical thinker

● Problem solver and customer-centered

● Good written and spoken communication in English language

● Optional: ○ Experience in design thinking and agile/scrum practices.
